When you order the Service, we collect your contact details and company information. All users have contact details and login information registered with us in order to use the Service. If you have a question or contact us about any other matter, the amount of personal data may vary depending on the communication channel used. Personal data categories are usually contact details, online identification, company information and the case per se as unstructured material, which contains the personal data you have chosen to share with us. We carry out a set of security measures to maintain the security of your personal data when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We will keep your data as long as it is required for the purpose of processing. We will retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and as long as required according to statutory retention periods. Because INBooks has an interest in keeping historical archives, the data is stored in our database even if you are not an active customer, unless you inform us that you wish to have your data deleted.
